Today Doug is an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) at the Harvard Business School and mentor for the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund and MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service.

He serves as a Board member for ReversingLabs, a cybersecurity firm, DJ MicroLaminates, an advanced materials manufacturer and Carbon Relay as a board observer.

He serves as an advisor to AlmaPact, Prescient Devices, Wabbi, ZyloTech, the VC-firm Mendoza Ventures, and other startup companies.  Earlier in his career, Doug held senior management positions at Microsoft over a nine-year period.
